At Great Kingshill Combined School, we aim to create a caring, secure and stimulating environment in which all children are enabled to develop intellectually, spiritually, socially, morally and physically to gain an understanding of the diverse cultural society in which they live.

As a school, we encourage mutual respect and realise that everybody's values have their importance.  We encourage pupils to develop their own set of values and discuss these with others.

History of our School:

A school has stood on this site since 1874, the original funding coming from members of the Disraeli family (who lived in Hughenden Manor) and Eton College.   The School opened with 15 pupils and has expanded in phases over the intervening years. The school now has a new ICT suite, large library, a small school hall, an adventure playground, outdoor swimming pool and fourteen classrooms...with possible future developments.
